Armi was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, easy to work with, and put in extra time and effort to make sure we got blinds that would work for us and look great. We ordered blackout cellular shades for 5 rooms, but we needed a variety of types. Armi did one consult/measurement to figure out exactly what was needed for each window, and came back twice more for additional measurements when we changed our minds about the mounting of some of them. Installation happened today and went extremely smoothly -- zero errors and measurements were perfect. Armi even came to oversee the installation. This has been an outstanding experience.
