PowerView Blackout Honeycomb Shades for Mercer Island Bedrooms
When returning clients moved into a new Mercer Island home and completed a remodel, they needed bedroom shades that would improve privacy, reduce light for sleep, and coordinate with the finished interiors.
We installed Hunter Douglas blackout top-down/bottom-up honeycomb shades with PowerView® automation. The shades can lower from the top to admit daylight while keeping the lower window covered for privacy, then close fully for room darkening at night.
Black shades coordinate with the primary bedroom, while white shades complement the children’s and guest rooms. Motorization adds convenient daily control, and the selected colors make the shades feel integrated with each finished space.
