Sleek Solar Shades for Space Needle Views on Ward St in Queen Anne, Seattle, WA

To enhance both the view and comfort of their newly purchased and remodeled condo, the clients needed a solution for sun control without sacrificing the stunning cityscape, including the Space Needle. We installed motorized solar shades in a dark fabric, which effectively filters sunlight while maintaining a clear view of the skyline. The motorized feature provides convenience and precise control over light and privacy. The dark fabric helps minimize glare, ensuring a comfortable living space. For their bathroom, we also used roller shades but went with a fabric that offered more privacy, and blended with the wall to let the newly remodeled bath shine.
