Textured Woven Woods with Motorized Roller Shades on 43rd Ave E in Madison, Seattle, WA

For this project in Seattle’s Madison neighborhood, we helped longtime condo owners replace worn, corded shades that no longer worked. They wanted a window covering solution that improved function while adding warmth and texture to their living space. We installed sheer woven wood shades to introduce natural materials and soften the room’s overall look. Behind them, we added motorized roller shades to provide additional privacy, glare control, and smooth automated operation. This layered approach offers flexibility, a warm, inviting appearance, and the convenience of modern technology—delivering style and everyday ease for their bedroom.
